PILATES BACK CLASSES

Exercise classes aimed at improving strength, postural awareness and body control through a range of stability exercises and stretches

They are small group sessions taken by chartered physiotherapists, trained by APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute), whom have a particular interest in back rehabilitation and treatment of back pain

  • Manage and improve Back pain
  • Mixed ability classes, exercises can be performed at various levels of difficulty
  • 1:1 pilates assessment
  • Small classes of up to 12
  • Classes run on a termly basis and are based in The Studio at The Parklangley Club
  • Previous experience of basic pilates or an individual physiotherapy session is recommended prior to starting
